After celebrating all week, Halloween is finally over! Not my favorite holiday, but my kids love it, so that makes it pretty fun. We had a Snow Princess (Lulu), Batman (Buddy) and a Giraffe (Squiggle).
Although Squiggle did not like her 'head' she loved getting candy from strangers. She would move up in front of her brother and sister and hold out her little pincher fingers for a tasty morsel. She had a hard time parting with the candy, opting to hold as many pieces as possible instead of placing the candy in her bag. We finally had to hide the full-size Snickers & pencil in Dad's pocket because she kept dropping them so often. At one point Squiggle sat down on the lawn and put a sucker in her mouth--wrapper and all. She saw something yummy she recognized and didn't see the need to wait any longer. She seriously had all of us laughing out loud during most of our trick-or-treating adventure!
Before trick-or-treating, we had fun playing in the leaves at G&G's house.
